1:1 coaching

What is coaching ? Coaching is different than counselling in that it focuses more on the present moving towards the future. It a process that is client centered, where the client is guided by the coach to look at different aspects of their life. It is unique to each person and there are often many breakthroughs which can invigorating.

1:1 SESSIONS

Investment: $60 (plus PST)

One session can be used as either a start to your journey to try and see if you like coaching. It can also be used as maintenance to get you back on track.

3 SESSIONS

Investment: $155 (plus PST)

A great way to set you up for working through some bigger changes of transitions you are going through in your life

6 SESSIONS

Investment: $360 (plus PST)

Ideally the best amount to get you to where you want to be, set you up for long term success and learn to be consistence with your progress

8 SESSIONS

Love yourself whole

Investment: $650 (plus PST)

-A weekly guided mindfulness mediation. (affirmations & breath work) going deep into your body and staying grounded helps you discover so much about yourself.

-Body image /confidence and self worth -through visualization and mirror work, how to feel amazing behind the camera ( looking at photos to truly love what you see)

-Looking deep into your core values and how they show up in your life.

-Set goals that are attainable that help you focus on positive growth towards the future.
